At the the first release of Volvos entirely new lineup they released that the sales and service experience didn’t compliment the thoughtfulness of its vehicle design. In order to solve this (industry wide) challenge we began with a massive journey audit paired with months of driver and dealer research. The result was a vision connecting key milestones of the exploration and sales experience. We began first by developing the Volvo Delivery tool.
The result was an industry-first personalized delivery experience that gives owners the ability to get to know their vehicle at home on their own time and highlight what’s most important to them. Additionally the linked profile gives dealers the exact information they need to ensure a useful and efficient onboarding at the time of pick-up.
